Having completed a £160,000 refit and load line renewal programme too late to take part in the NLE project as planned, the GPS Napia is pictured lying at Upnor on 7th May waiting to return to service with the GPS Marine Thames fleet when the Tideway Tunnel project eventually gets into full swing.
